Prosperity Soap
Glycerin soap base with olive oil, patchouli
(pogostemon cablin) essential oil, pine (pinus sylvestris)
essential oil, cinnamon bark (cinnamomum zeylanicum) essential
oil.
The blend of cinnamon, patchouli and pine is the scent for Infinite
Flame's Wealth & Prosperity Magickal Gel Candle. I really
love this scent and would sometimes make a soap for myself using this
blend. Then I thought "why not share the wealth?"
I use olive oil glycerin base so the soap has a green tint. I added
a shiny penny for good luck but ran into a problem. While the penny
looks great for the first week in the soap, after that the copper
reacts with the soap base and the penny becomes dull. For the second
batch, I put the penny so only half is actually in the soap. This
works better but sometimes there is still a reaction. This reaction
does not effect the soap bar, just makes the penny look dark.
